Nick Johnston, Service Advisor, is first- rate! Very service oriented, efficient, with helpful suggestions. The telephone receptionist who assisted in making my appointment for service was also very helpful.

Everything went very well with my recall service. The only thing I would improve was that my car was somewhat dirty, even though the service center said it was washed.

Victor Reyes gets a 10/10 for great customer service. He explained everything that was going to be done the day I came in for service and took the time to list what I needed for my next visit. He made sure all my questions were answered. The gentleman that greeted me when I parked my car was very welcoming as well.

Good service, nice music while you wait in the lobby. Employees are very friendly Service are great definitely I recommend. Prices are reasonable. Happy to take my car to Honada Service

Had to bring my car in for Update in the BCM Unit/Software.Sara was my stellar contact person. She was cordial and professional and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with her! I was hesistant to sit in the waiting room and she metioned some people walk over to Target. Great Idea! Good solution.Without a doubt, Sara is an outstanding employee.Marin Honda would be wise to have her be the New Hire Teacher for Customer Relations Agents.
