I’ve owned 11 cars in my lifetime and this is my favorite dealership ever for service! The service department is always prompt, honest and easy to work with. It probably dosent hurt that Honda makes good cars but I’m always happy when I leave Marin Honda. and my CRV is 11 years old so I’ve been there quite a few times.

Everything was great except the way loam was funded, I was supposed to be the co-signer and they put me as primary. Not happy about this I even reiterated it many times to the dealership.

Unfortunately, I am moving to Bradenton, Florida. I hope the Service Department at the Bradenton location will be as great as Marin Honda. It was hard to say farewell yesterday to everyone.

The reason I own a Honda is because the service at Marin Honda is so great! Victor Reyes was terrific in handling my situation. I have a 2002 Honda Civic that I love. It has low mileage and is in very good shape. In some cases, they no longer make parts for it. Victor went out of his way to find parts from used car dealers that would work. I have had 2 Hondas in the last 34 years, both new. I will not take my car to anyone else to have it worked on. Honda has the trained mechanics, the tools and the parts. The records on the car are on the computer. Any recalls or warranties are handled any time I am there. The staff and especially Nick, is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Francisco always remembers me...but I do have a personalized license plate. I really appreciated my car being washed during this smokey, ashy time. The shuttle has been cancelled because of the Pandemic. I really value ...

I bought my first Honda, from Marin Honda, in 1998. In 99, I bought a Civic for my daughter. Then replaced my 98 Accord in 2006, and replaced that one in 2014. There’s a reason I have gone back, and back, and back to them. And I’ve always had my cars serviced by them too. Only regrets is Honda no longer has the right side camera. And Jen Bucko no longer works there.
Naohi and Gustav were very helpful and they both were fun. Any question what I had during the sales process, they were knowledable. The building was nice and clean. Everybody were wearing face mask. I can not rate Sean Waver because I never met with him.

Frustrating!!!! Picked up car - had service - needed to tell people 3 times NOT to wash inside or outside of my car. Bought all brand new tires and asked the woman when I picked it up how many miles were the tires good for (50K, 60K, etc) only to have her respond “tires are not rated like that”! Since when???? She just kept being rude. Also the maintenance reset in my car was NOT reset so it stills says I need the $1,400 worth of service I just had done! I recently purchased a used vehicle from these guys and while I am happy with the car more or less (a vehicle which I knew far more about than anyone there apparently), the service, specifically from the finance manager and the GM were especially poor. I went in with a preapproval letter from my personal bank and provided it to both my initial sales person and subsequently the finance manager Ben. After talking to two people (had to call twice in hopes that someone more helpful would answer)... that told me they wouldn’t do an oil change without handling the recall... and that they couldn’t schedule my oil change because a recall was needed that would take a full day. And then being told that the didn’t have an option for me to rent a car... (since the service would take over a day). Nick was very friendly and efficient. A technician called me to tell me they had found 2 nails in my tires and wanted to let me know in order to add that to my service. It was discovered because my tire pressure was a bit low. They could have just put more air in the tires and left it at that, but looking further revealed the nails. I was impressed that the service checklist was thoroughly gone through - I depend on this and appreciate it.
The service was good. And the Nick was very friendly. The service was very fast and the shuttle pick me up at a timely manner.
